 Right of withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify Equicust'Home by email at info@genki.it. The User must then return the product at his or her own expense within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. Equicust'Home will refund the product's price to the User within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

• Only undamaged Products that have not been opened, used, handled, modified and still have the original, intact packaging may be subject to withdrawal.
