Shipping and Delivery
Products will be shipped to the Customer within 4 business days of order acceptance. The Customer will receive a shipping notification email with tracking number to monitor the status of the delivery.
In order to offer our customers maximum flexibility and speed in delivery, some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. In such cases, delivery times may be slightly longer than for standard products.
Also, it is important to keep in mind that in the case of packages (bundles) of products from different manufacturers, items may arrive separately if not all components of the package are available in our warehouse.
In such eventualities, the customer will receive an email communication with the tracking number of each individual shipment.
We are committed to maximum transparency and communication throughout the entire purchasing and shipping process to provide our customers with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

- Shipping costs are free nationwide for orders over €89.00. For orders below €89.00, the shipping cost is €9.90.
